Can you believe it? We’re turning 6!

6 years ago, we started with a simple, powerful idea: to create a safe, comfortable, and affirming chest binder for our own community, by our own community. We were a small, passionate group of queer individuals who saw a need and, fueled by love and a dash of unicorn magic, decided to build a solution. We called it LGBTunicorns.

Today, as we look back, our hearts are overflowing with gratitude. Thank you. Thank you for trusting us with your journey. Thank you for every order, every word of encouragement, every story shared about how one of our binders helped you feel more at home in your own skin. You are the reason we exist.

This journey hasn't always been a smooth, fairy-tale-like experience. Like any small startup, we’ve learned by doing—and sometimes, by stumbling. We know we haven’t been perfect. There were times when our small-team operations showed their seams, leading to delays in shipping because our inventory management wasn't as sharp as it should have been, or moments when our email responses took longer than any of us would have liked.
